My background is different than most. I went from Zero to Hero with two immigrant parents who barely spoke English. I shipped off young to the Air Force Academy and spent the bulk of my adult life in service. 

22 years ago, a fellow aviator (and mentor) critiqued a tactical/informational fighter combat article written by Bud.  He loved it, noting that it sounded like Bud; readable, informative, educational, and a clever dab of wit…just like Bud teaches, and “BudSpeak” was coined. 

BudSpeak today is the proper blend of keynote speaking, his unique leadership perspective, and piercing critical thinking delivered in a tidy package for clients.  Individual or Teams, personal or professional, crisis actions or constructive planning…BudSpeak covers those who are driven to improve on their NOW.
